The security of your personal information is of the utmost importance to our firm. Therefore we do not accept credit card orders over the internet. If you would like to order one of our memorials please follow the instructions  that follow and we will personally contact you to insure that the transaction is secure.

In the box below enter the following information as shown in the sample below. Enter the design number, located on the Price web page on line one. Enter the emblem number located on either the Emblem I, Emblem II or emblem III web page on line two, you may also indicate a position on the memorial that you would like the  emblem placed ( center, center left, center right, right upper, right lower, left upper, left lower) if you do not choose a position our designers will place it in the position that best fits the size of your memorial and your inscription. Finally on lines three through six the inscription you desire on your memorial, typically you would place the name of your pet, it's birth and death year and memory phase ( use guidelines on Price web page for maximum characters allowed). Place your inscription in the line order you would like to see on your memorial, on the memorial sample below you could put "BELOVED PET OF THE JOHNSON FAMILY" above the pets name.
